This Challenge Was Built For You If —

You keep saying “next time.” And next time keeps not arriving.

01

You’ve drawn invisible boundaries.

Lines in the sand you can’t even see anymore. You call them “being realistic.” You’re starting to suspect they’re something else.

02

Safe and successful are not the same thing.

On the outside it looks fine. On the inside it feels like watching opportunities for adventure and growth drift past you.

03

You’ve tried to will yourself into action.

Books, journals, mantras — even hypnosis crossed your mind. The moment the threshold appears, doubt wins. Again.

04

Old habits keep winning.

You want a different result. You keep doing more of the same. The familiar feels safe, even when it’s costing you the life you actually want.

05

You confuse interested with committed.

You’re interested in the business, the trip, the conversation, the change. Interested means “when it’s convenient.” It hasn’t been convenient yet.

06

You’re a spectator in your own life.

Watching it happen, narrating it well, feeling unfulfilled. Something in your programming has been running the show too long.

“I spent years convinced that ‘safe’ was the same thing as ‘successful.’ It wasn’t. The limiting beliefs I’d mistaken for stone walls turned out to be shadows. I’ve crossed that bridge. I’m reaching back to show you the way.”

— James Hardeman
Five Days · Five Sessions · 60 Minutes Each

The framework, broken into five evenings.

Live each night at 8:00 PM Eastern. Replay available for the duration of the cohort. The work compounds — Day Three only lands because Day One was honest.

01
Monday · May 4

Goals & Persistence

We start with the question most people are afraid to answer: what do you really want? You’ll learn the difference between A, B, and C-type goals — and you’ll write the goal card you’ve been putting off, in present tense, with a clear date.

Live ·Homework: post your goal card in the FB group, then write it out three times tomorrow morning.
02
Tuesday · May 5

Paradigms & The Stick Person

Your paradigm — the operating system running quietly underneath you — is built from inherited habits, ideas, and beliefs. Using the Stick Person model, we’ll show you exactly how thoughts become results, and how to swap the negative beliefs that keep producing the same Tuesday for fifteen years.

Live ·Workbook exercise: identify the strongest paradigm running you — and what it has cost you so far.
03
Wednesday · May 6

Fear & Faith

Fear and faith both run on imagination — and they cost the same amount of energy. We walk through the four stages of the Terror Barrier and the moment you choose between staying inside the wall or stepping through it. Most of what you fear never actually happens. The barrier is what does.

Live ·Homework: complete the workbook section, then go live in our FB group with what came up.
04
Thursday · May 7

The Power Of Decision

There is a difference between interest and commitment. Interest does it when convenient. Commitment accepts no excuses, only results. On Day Four you’ll stop dreaming of someday and decide — clearly, on paper — what you’re actually going after, and who suffers if you don’t.

Live ·A 1-on-1 discovery call link will appear in your workbook for those who want to take the next step.
05
Friday · May 8

Belief — Bonus + Live Q&A

Your behavior returns to familiar patterns whenever your thinking doesn’t change. Day Five is the upgrade: power statements, belief tools, the daily rhythm — and a live Q&A to answer the questions that came up across the week.

Live ·Live Q&A immediately following the session — bring the question you haven’t said out loud yet.
Friday · May 8 · After Session 5

Live Q&A With James

After Day Five we stay on the line. Bring the question you haven’t said out loud yet — about your goal, your paradigm, your barrier, your decision. James will answer live, in front of the room, with no script. Optional. Recorded. Most attendees say this is the moment something clicks.

What You Walk Away With On Friday Night

No theory.
No mantras.
Six concrete things in your hand.

You’re not here for inspiration. You’re here because something in your operating system needs to change before the next twelve months arrive. By Friday at 9 PM, you’ll have moved.

01
A goal card you actually believe — written in present tense, with a date
02
Clarity on the paradigm that has been running you, and the cost it has been quietly charging
03
A vocabulary for the Terror Barrier and a way to walk through it instead of around it
04
The honest difference between being interested and being committed — and which one you’ve been
05
Power statements and belief tools you can run every morning starting Saturday
06
Permission to stop saying “next time” and decide, today, what you’re actually going after

About James

I lived inside the boundaries I drew for myself.
Then I stopped.

For decades I told myself “next time, I’ll take the leap.” On the outside, things looked fine. On the inside, I was suffocating — a spectator in my own life, watching opportunities for adventure and growth drift past because of doubt and uncertainty.

I tried to fix it alone. Books, willpower, even thoughts about hypnosis. Every time the threshold appeared, fear and doubt won. I stayed in the comfort zone because it was familiar — even though it was killing my spirit.

The missing piece arrived through the teachings of Bob Proctor and the mentors who followed. For the first time, I put my limiting beliefs under a microscope and realized they had no foundation — they were shadows I had mistaken for stone walls. I stopped studying the path and started walking it. The Freedom Or Life Challenge is the distillation of that work. I’ve crossed that bridge. I’m reaching back to show you the way.

Past Cohort Members Who Walked Through

They came in stuck. They left moving.

I’d been telling myself “next time” for years. After Day Three I finally understood the wall I kept hitting wasn’t a wall — it was a paradigm. I wrote a goal card on Monday and made the call I’d been avoiding by Thursday.

The Stick Person made the entire thing click. James doesn’t coach you to feel better — he shows you how the programming runs and how to swap it. I changed three habits the following week.

Priya S.
Past Cohort Member

I came in interested. I left committed. The difference between those two words turned out to be the difference between the last ten years and what comes next.
